SHIPPING

Shipping.

We only ship by a reliable and experienced international shipper including transparent services for you. In our case this is UPS.
You will have the option of specifying a method of shipping when you reach the checkout page. Shipping costs depend upon your location, the shipping method requested and the weight of your order.
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands.

Tracking.

You receive a tracking number by email. During the whole delivery process you can track & trace your delivery.

Insurance

All our shipped products are insured.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Products damaged or faulty.

The Customer must inspect the product(s) immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform Chesstoppers in writing (including email) within 3 days of delivery of any damage, shortages or non-delivery of the products.
Products received damaged or faulty may be returned for replacement or refund. If a refund is requested we will also refund the cost of return postage using standard first or second class post.

Products not damaged or faulty.

You have 14 days following receipt of your order during which you may return products. (“Cooling off period”)
Any such returned goods must be in perfect condition (including any packaging, instruction manuals etc.) and unused. We will levy a 15% re-stocking fee (minimum €5,00) for returns which do not reach us in perfect condition.
The cost of both the outgoing and return postage must be met by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned products safely.

Undeliverable packages

Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to us will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the fees assessed by Chesstoppers by UPS for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid.

My Account

You can make my account any time you want. It can make your checkout procedure easier.
In My account you can:

  • View your recent orders
  • See or modify your Adress Book (shipping/billing adress)
  • Change your password

PAYMENT

Forms of Payment we use

  • We use PayPal as a safe payment form. You don’t need to have an account on PayPal to use it. In this PayPal approach it is also possible to pay with all major Credit Carts.
  • Bank/Wire transfers.
